When shall we replace the Auto Parts ?
Engine Oil Condition:
● Color and Texture: New engine oil is transparent amber. If it becomes dark black and cloudy, has a sour smell, or feels sticky and grainy, it indicates deterioration.
● Oil Test Paper Test: Place a drop of engine oil on a test paper and let it stand for several hours. If the oil ring disappears or the sediment ring deepens, it indicates excessive impurities and requires immediate replacement.
● Oil Dipstick Check: Add oil if the oil level is below the MIN mark. If the engine oil is milky white and foamy, it may be due to coolant seepage, requiring immediate replacement and repair.
Vehicle Performance:
● Increased Engine Noise and Vibration: Poor lubrication leads to increased friction between metal parts.
● Reduced Power and Weak Acceleration: Deteriorated engine oil or clogged filter affects oil circulation.
● Increased Fuel Consumption and Blue or Black Smoke from the Exhaust: May indicate oil burning or incomplete combustion.
● Oil pressure warning light illuminates: Oil pressure is too low, stop the machine immediately and check.
