● Poor Light Transmission: Hold the filter element up to a flashlight or strong beam. If light cannot penetrate, especially if a "light-blocking band" appears in the center, it indicates severe blockage of the filter pores.
● Damage or Deformation: If the filter element has cracks, wrinkles, collapses, or is blocked by foreign objects (such as leaves or insect remains), it must be replaced immediately if it cannot be repaired.

Vehicle Performance:
● Weak Acceleration, Reduced Power: The engine sounds muffled when the accelerator is pressed deeply, and the engine speed rises slowly.
● Significantly Increased Fuel Consumption: Insufficient air intake leads to incomplete fuel combustion, potentially increasing fuel consumption by 2%-4% or more per 100 kilometers.
● Difficulty Starting or Idle Shaking: Ignition is delayed during cold starts, and the vehicle shakes slightly at idle.
● Dark Black Exhaust Gas: Incompletely burned carbon particles are emitted with the exhaust gas, a typical sign of insufficient air intake.
● Engine malfunction light illuminates: Some models may trigger an alarm due to abnormal data from the intake air volume sensor, requiring inspection of the air filter status.
